Health Goals- seed oils, facia tissue and more!

Every year at this time, I watch social media flood with everyone's yearly recaps and health goals.
Do you have New Year's health resolutions? I don't. Instead, I love to reflect at this time and have more long-term goals and hopes, and my day-to-day plan gets recalibrated often based on my body's feedback and any coming inspiration or research I do.
What will I continue to focus on this year as an Ayurvedic practitioner?
I have been putting in the effort to do my daily 10,000 steps minimum, eating well, and doing yoga and pilates most days of the week for a long time now. Still, nothing gave me such excellent and fast results as limiting inflammatory seed oils in my diet. I want to see how far this change will take my body this year. Most restaurants, unfortunately, cook using seed oils, and limiting the exposure requires a bit of effort, but you can always outsmart the system. Want to know more? For the last six months, I have been working on my facia tissue with specialized tools, and the results blew me away. Facia is a highly nerved connective tissue that envelops and holds every organ, bone, blood vessel, muscle, and nerve fiber. Knowledge about fascia is finally rising, and I predict it is the missing link in understanding some health conditions, such as fibromyalgia. Therapy for facia is slow work, but it has deep and broad effects, both aesthetic and related to recovery and overall performance. I want to give this more time and will, at some point, compile a decent report for those interested. Facia deserves its own post and all the spotlight!
Last but not least, for me, is prioritizing mental health. Meditation, good sleep, sunlight, boundaries, and screen time hygiene are all significant parts of that.
Many books have been written about the intricate subjects I've touched on above. If you want to know more, I would love to support you on your journey and discuss everything in detail.
